Jaybird's Vista are the latest AirPods competitor

The new Jaybird Vista earbuds are aimed at runners and athletes with IPX7 certification and 6 hours of continued playback (10 additional hours from the case). Certain features are missing, but they don't seem to detract much from the overall experience.
